Christina Applegate is now officially one of my favorite human beings.

Christina Applegate (Married With Children, Anchorman) was just diagnosed with breast cancer...but is now cancer free after having a double mastectomy.

***Good news! Rob managed to get a hold of Bert on the phone and we have lined up an interview with him TOMORROW!  It'll be my shot at figuring out why Bert was such a jerk to me on Saturday!!!  Stay tuned..THURSDAY MORNING!***

Been hearing alot of complaining lately about the Chinese women's gymnastic's team...and their age.

Alot of people believe China is using girls that are too young for the Olympics.

Heard Rob and Shauna this morning talking about beach volleyball at the Olympics. Or more importantly....what the women are wearing while playing beach volleyball...which is next to nothing.

Now, other stars are following Katie's lead. 

There's a bunch of controversy surrounding the new Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downy Jr. movie "Tropic Thunder." The use of the N word and Robert Downy playing an african american have drawn all the attention from Tom Cruise.

We were just talking about getting our bikes stolen as kids. Suski who grew up in Winnipeg was telling us the story of a kid that stole his bike...but he couldnt prove it.

My lovely wife Heather and youngest son flipped to compost. As far as I can make out this consists of emptying everything out of the compost box and then putting it all back in. As a side note, I am still sort of amazed that corn husks, coffee grounds, orange peel, and lettuce cores eventually become dirt.
