Ex Observations II and my big weekend has arrived
At the Ex yesterday (again... I go everyday). Here are my new observations:
(1) The Chop Suey joint sold out of Green Onion Pancakes. If you had asked me what food item would sell out at the Ex I would not have guessed it would be Green Onion Pancakes.
(2) One food services woman has "SICK GIRL" tattooed on her knuckles. I did not find that appetizing.
(3) Another food services guy put my burger on the grill with his bare hand. Then he took his phone out of his pocket and sent a text message. Then he carefully did not touch my burger. I am suspicious, though, that he might have been handling money and his phone prior to touching my food. It was an excellent burger, though.
(4) For best access to parking, slip through the Willows and then come north on Lorne Avenue. You can get to the WDM entrance without getting caught up in the mess at Lorne and Ruth.
THis is my big weekend. A year ago I decided to learn to swim so that I could take part in the Frank Dunn triathlon at Waskesiu. Sunday morning at 8 am I will start my 1500 meter swim. If I get through the swim I will, I'm pretty sure, finish the 63 km bike and 13 km run without much problem. I am looking forward to it.
I think psychics are a complete load of fraudulent crap. I assume even psychic fans, though, think that Gary is a crackpot (he always wears the wig, by the way).
