Shauna's 1970 retro-party costume

The normally nattily attired Shauna Foster missed the mark this morning. Her denim vest, shress (shirt/dress), stirrup pants, necklace, and gnome shoes look like a 1970's retro-party costume to me. Am I being too harsh?

I just went to the bathroom again and I give up. Dave is right. The outfit is bad. I took a back-view and the vest made the shress all bunchy. I still like the leggings and shoes but the shress/vest combo is bunchy. Sorry. I'll try to be better tomorrow.
