Oscar Red Carpet.. Hits, Misses And Full-On Truck Accidents

The Oscars basically killed me with it's boring-ness.
Some highlights: Sandra and Mo'nique's win, Steve and Alec, Neil Patrick Harris who always makes me laugh, fab John Hughes tribute... and that kooky lady in the purple dress who made zero sense while pushing the other winner aside. It was early-on in the show and I don't even know her name.
Big lowlight: Supermodel Kathy Ireland doing the red-carpet interviews. She should just stick to modelling and ....not talk much. I'll leave it at that.
Now to the most important part: FASHION!
The red carpet this year was pretty colorful. I was happy it wasn't awash of basic black. But as always, some people JUST DON'T GET IT.
My faves:
Sandra. A lot of people will argue..but it was her night. Loved her lips.
Little too much fake-tanner..but cool dress from SJP.
Very pretty Miley but STOP HUNCHING!
Demi still rocks. What a bod, what a dress.
Princess Cameron! Hair a bit 1986 but gorgeous dress!
Bit too poofer for Zoe but she is so stunning she could wear a mumu
Now to the best part: THE WORST!!
Too much. Just too much. Looks like an old bedspread I had as a kid.
I think Mo'nique took a chunk of rose bush from my front yard and stuck it in her hair...
Not a bad fit...just looks like an old couch we had in Aberdeen--from way before my time.
Ok, we all know boobies are on the chest, Charlize...don't need to point that out with those horrific rosettes.
This picture isn't so awful...but when Tiny Fey walked, you could see her panties. BRUTAL!!
And finally....Twilights' Kristen Stewart. I have nothing to say good or bad about her dress, it was pretty plain black. But come on, if you want to kill someone, just go do it already. We all know, you hate yourself and life in general. But would it kill ya to smile just ONE FREAKING TIME??!

I thought Rachel McAdams looked awesome.
I also have to disagree about Sandra - I thought she looked TERRIBLE. You could actually see all the crusty hairspray in her hair ,and the lips looked gross. She's so pretty normally, she didn't need any of that.

I think she forgot to look in the mirror before she left the house........come on, those rosettes are not flattering.

One of my favorites was Kate Winslet. I thought she looked stunning!
Kathy Ireland was truly
Kathy Ireland was truly painful to watch. She was SO AWKWARD. SJP isn't getting a lot of positive feedback for that dress, but I loved it, too.
How about when Twilight was featured in the tribute to horror films? Riiiiight.
