Chandra Groves on the C95 Takeover

I was born in Saskatoon. Graduated from Lord Asquith High School with 16 other kids. Growing up I played every sport becuase our school was so small that if everyone didn't participat we wouldn't have enough for a team. Volleyball has always been my favourite. I played on the JCVC Extreme team (volleyball) in grades 11 &12, and travelled to Las Vegas with them. I earned a scholarship when I was in grade 12 for academics and volleyball to Jamestown College in North Dakota. Last summer I backpacked Europe for 7 weeks with my bestfriend from high school. We saw France, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece. I've been playing guitar since I was 16 -- I took lessons with Dean Person (shauna foster's husband), and I've done a few performances at school functions for talent shows and at fairs. I'm an only child, the daughter of John, and Beverly Groves. John is an entrepreneur/owner of RockScapes -- a decorative stamped concrete business. Beverly also works for the company. It would be my dream to work in promotions when I graduate.
