I was at Taste of Saskatchewan yesterday with my friends Dan and Murray -- I felt quite unmanly as I was the only one without his man bag. I like Murray's definition: "If you keep your money in it it's a purse otherwise it's a man bag."

We developed the "Taste of Saskatchewan Theme Game." It's quite simple.

Madonna and A-Rod? Well, maybe. It makes for a great weapon to heckle A-Rod at baseball games. This photo is taken in Toronto at the recent Blue Jays/Yankees game. Funny.

The normally nattily attired Shauna Foster missed the mark this morning. Her denim vest, shress (shirt/dress), stirrup pants, necklace, and gnome shoes look like a 1970's retro-party costume to me. Am I being too harsh?

A week and a little bit away from work. A family reunion at Waskesiu and then a week at our cottage at White Bear Lake. Pat on the back to SIGA and the Bear Claw Casino. The July 1 fireworks at White Bear were, as usual, freakin' awesome -- thirty minutes of awesomeness.

On holiday for a week... Some time at Waskesui, some time at home, and some time at our family cottage on the White Bear First Nation. Back to work July 9.

Ah… the saga of the toe. This is a sad tale of a marathon, a ruined toe, and deeply disturbed blog readers. Fortunately, it has a happy ending.

Back from Las Vegas. I had a great trip. And, I lost a bunch of money. Oh well, maybe I will get them next time.
