I loved The Notebook, but was bored by Dear John. I was so excited to see it and left the theatre feeling very let down. It was a very slow movie, which is probably why I found it boring. I thought the girl beside me was going to fall asleep. The only positive thing was Channing Tatum!! Can't go wrong with him in a movie :)
